REFUND POLICY


Thank you for choosing Aphrodite. We take great pride in crafting delicate, bead-adorned pieces to meet your specific measurements. To ensure your satisfaction and maintain the quality of our products, please review our refund policy:


Custom-Bespoke Designs:

No Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the personalised nature of our bespoke designs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. This doesn’t include damaged/defected items.


Damaged or Defective Items:

Inspection on Delivery: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. There will be an anti-return ribbon attached that SHOULD NOT be removed unless customer is happy to keep item.  

Proof of Damage:

To process your claim, we require clear photographs of the damage and a description of the issue. Please ensure anti-return ribbon is not tampered with.

Resolution:

We will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund based on the extent of the damage and at our discretion. 

Care Instructions:

Handling Delicate Items: Our products are delicate and require careful handling. We provide detailed care instructions with each purchase. Damage caused by improper care is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us new, unused and with all aphrodite garment tags and Anti-return ribbon still attached in original condition within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Please note we cannot accept returns should the security ribbon/ Anti-return ribbon be removed from the item.
